Free Kids’ Craft Project — Felted Wool Marbles

Got kids at home who need something creative to do over the winter holidays? Here’s a simple but super-fun project from Jennifer Casa‘s Teach Yourself VISUALLY Crafting with Kids. Wool roving and soapy water are all you need to form these felted wool marbles, which you then string with embroidery floss or fishing wire. Make a colorful set of napkin rings as a last-minute gift for Grandma, or use the balls to form a festive garland or whimsical jewelry–the only limit is your kids’ imagination!
